Description:
In Year 2, this term, we are studying the Victorians, so we decided to base our film around this topic. We put together a story board based on the aspects of Victorian life that we'd been learning about and then commenced filming!

The film was shot against a green screen in the hall. The children painted, printed and drew pictures for the background scenery. The audio was recorded separately based on a written script. A DSLR camera, on a tripod, was used to film against the green screen. Adobe Premier and After effects was used to bring it all together. Throughout the children wore their Victorian costumes to add to the authenticity. Simple props, such as a wooden train, were used to add detail.
